ORDERING AND PAYMENTS

To order our handknitted pieces online please click on the Add to Cart button for the products you wish to purchase, and continue through the secure Paypal online purchasing process, using Credit Card or PayPal account.

Bank account details are included at checkout for internet banking. 

SHIPPING INFORMATION

New Zealand Customers

Standard delivery:  $7.00, (Rural Delivery $11.00)

Free delivery is offered to local customers within 20km of central Wanaka, NZ.

International Customers

Australia: Economy tracked:  NZ$18.00

 USA:      Economy tracked:   NZ$34.00

UK, Europe, Asia: Economy tracked:  NZ$30.00

Orders are processed promptly and will be dispatched the next business day after order completion.

New Zealand orders can be expected within a week, Australia around 10 days, and the rest of the world allow 21days. Of course there can be seasonal and volume variations but we will endeavour to have your exciting purchase with you as soon as possible!

RETURNS POLICY

We will gladly offer you an  exchange or refund within 10 days of receiving your products if the product we sent you was incorrect, suffered a defect or was damaged in transit. We will not offer returns if you change your mind on a product.

Goods must be returned unused and in original condition. Our returns policy does not apply to products that have been used or damaged by you.

All items are thoroughly inspected before dispatch. If shipping damage occurs during transit please notify us within 10 days of receiving your products and we will gladly work with you to have the product returned or replaced. Please keep all original packaging material.
